Chris organised a trip to Bali for us last year, our 25th wedding anniversary. As a very experienced agent Chris asked us a lot of questions on what we wanted from our trip. I have always found Chris to be really efficient and have entrusted him with several bookings over the past couple of years. But I want to say an extra big thank you for his assistance during my last trip, when a last-minute cancellation from one airline meant having to re-book connecting flights and accommodation, and when more delays at the airport lead to re-issuing tickets a second time, all within 24 hours. Travelling from a small airport in West Africa, with no service or information desks, I was able to contact Chris who, despite the time difference, went beyond and above and sorted everything out. We have just returned from a cruise on the Diamond princess from Sydney. Chris organised all our accommodation in Singapore for 3 nights prior to the cruise also. We just returned from a 40-day trip to southern Africa. No small feat when leaving from Louisiana, USA. We could never have done this trip without Chris. We did not want to travel with a group, we wanted to be on our own and we wanted to see everything! It was a big order but Chris filled it perfectly.
