Hi, my name is Jenny Medhurst and I was part of the team at the itravel Muswellbrook store.

I am now jennymedhurst@itravel-au.com, thats right I am going mobile. Work from home and catch up with clients on their schedules. Whether it be coffee, drinks or dining. I love travelling and advising my clients of my adventures, which include: Brunei, Bangkok, Phuket, Bali, Nusa Cennigan, Vietnam, Mexico, West Coast California, Malaysia, and the South Pacific.

I have just returned in November 2019 doing a 2month stint in Ireland, Scotland, London and Europe. Scenic’s Amsterdam to Budapest was definiately a highlight. It was amazing. I have only discovered Tasmania, Queensland and Melbourne in Australia. So much more to see.

My next trip could be the Phillipines or maybe Croatia or maybe Norway or well you get drift No Plans yet. Whatever I decide to check out, is value for me gaining knowledge and then to share my insights with my valued clients.

My travel motto is: Put yourself in the picture. The picture of travel and creating memories.

I thrive on hearing feedback from my clients and want to hear all about their adventures when they come back. This is quite timely, but I love taking that time to listen and learn.

My passion for my clients is to create a holiday package to suit their needs but to also include life moments that will stay forever in their memories. It’s all about my clients, to discover and learn as much as I can about what they want from their holiday because I want nothing but the best experience for them. Their holiday is my holiday, its a journey we take together.

I understand that by waiving travel insurance, I am fully responsible for any financial losses or expenses that may arise as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Due to personal or family emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen events.

2. Medical Expenses:

Costs incurred due to illness or injury while travelling.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Baggage and Personal Effects:

Expenses related to the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

4. Travel Delays:

Additional costs incurred due to flight delays or cancellations.

5. Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation:

Costs associated with emergency medical evacuation and repatriation.

I understand that travel insurance provides valuable protection and that I am solely responsible for any and all expenses that may arise from my decision to decline coverage. I hereby release and hold harmless itravel Australia, its agents, and employees from any liability related to my decision to waive travel insurance.
