Lucy knows her aeroplanes (a small obsession), the best seats, her ships, the best cabins, her hotels, and the best locations.  Crazy details like booking a hotel in Rome that includes a local mobile phone to use while we are there because getting an Italian SIM card is impossible. When booking domestic flights in the USA, booking priority boarding so we get to keep our hand luggage on us.. who even knew that was a problem??  At the beginning of the pandemic we had a huge holiday booked that I cancelled, unfortunately after we had just paid in full for but before it was declared a pandemic, so travel insurance wouldn’t cover.  Lucy worked so hard to get our money back, and what little was left outstanding, she has managed to get credits honoured that we are about to use in Venice and Scotland.  I have only one thing left to say: Do yourself a favour and book your holiday with Lucy.
