Why did I become a travel agent? To share little pieces of the world with my clients.

It all started about 15 years ago when I went on a cruise for a girls’ weekend and caught a serious case of the travel bug. One trip led to another, and I’ve worked in the travel industry for well over a decade now.

I love helping people explore tropical islands, wander through historical sites and take a relaxing break from the pressures of a busy life.

I’ve travelled extensively, both with my husband and three children, with large groups and on my own. I use my own experiences to give a personal touch to all of my clients, which has included many trips to the United States, New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Noumea, Thailand, Bali, Sri Lanka, Europe and of course, all around Australia.

I have a passion for the outdoors and specialise in group walking and hiking holidays where people can come together for an active and exciting getaway, exploring hidden paths and seeing some of the world’s most beautiful sites.

Customer service is a top priority, so my clients can always reach me to answer any questions, book last-minute changes and avoid travel mishaps both before and during their holiday. I know flexibility is important, so I am happy to meet clients anywhere that suits you, at any time.

I work with a huge variety of clients, from retirees to young families, adventure-seekers to resort loungers, groups that want to explore the whole world and those who just need a weekend break. No matter what kind of holiday you’re looking for, I’ll work with you to plan the perfect trip being sure to pay attention to even the smallest of details.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have been offered and have declined the option to purchase travel insurance for my upcoming trip. I understand that by waiving travel insurance, I am fully responsible for any financial losses or expenses that may arise as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. Trip Cancellation or Interruption:
  • Due to personal or family emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen events.
2. Medical Expenses:
  • Costs incurred due to illness or injury while travelling.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Baggage and Personal Effects:
  • Expenses related to the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
4. Travel Delays:
  • Additional costs incurred due to flight delays or cancellations.
5. Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation:
  • Costs associated with emergency medical evacuation and repatriation.

I understand that travel insurance provides valuable protection and that I am solely responsible for any and all expenses that may arise from my decision to decline coverage. I hereby release and hold harmless itravel Australia, its agents, and employees from any liability related to my decision to waive travel insurance.
