We began our journey flying Business Class with Singapore Airlines, which was a dream start to our trip. From the most comfortable fully-reclining seats to world-class meals and entertainment, it felt more like a luxury hotel in the sky!
Our journey continued with a quick 35-minute luxury speedboat ride to the private island of Gasfinolhu, where Club Med Finolhu awaited. The moment we arrived, we were blown away by the turquoise waters, stunning islands, and friendly faces greeting us. It was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable experience.

Clubmed Finholu offers a variety of different types of accommodations from overwater villas to beach villas. We had the pleasure of staying in a Sunset Beach Villa with a private pool and a pristine white sandy beach. The villa exuded luxury and privacy, with breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Our personal butler, ‘Ibbe,’ ensured every aspect of our stay was flawless, truly making it our own piece of paradise.
All-Inclusive Bliss
The best part of Club Med? Everything is all-inclusive! This is particularly significant when travelling to destinations like the Maldives, where many of the the resorts are remote, leaving guests with limited options and fixed prices for food, beverages and activities.
From bottomless cocktails, to exquisite dining experiences, non-motorized activities, snorkelling trips, and more, everything was seamlessly included, making the trip so much more relaxing and hassle-free.
Magical Nights in the Maldives
Every evening we enjoyed Aperitifs and champagne, accompanied by live music, creating a complete magic against the backdrop of the beautiful sunset. The Poolside Bar staff were simply the best, always ready with our favourite drinks and a friendly chat.

Dining at the Motu Restaurant was a culinary experience like no other. From casual dining by day to fine dining at night, each meal was an absolute delight paired with wine, beer or any other drink you fancied. Candlelit dinners under the stars by the poolside or beachside, accompanied by serenades, added a touch of romance to our evenings.
